In Stephen Spielberg's movie THE HELP (2011), Flo played Maid #1.   She acts every chance she gets. Multi-talented, her theatrical credits that include major movies, independent films, videos, made-for-TV movies, dramatic and comedic plays, opera and other theatrical productions in local theatres, college campuses, churches and conferences as well as television commercials and training films.  In addition to being an actress, Flo Roach sings, directs, produces, and writes plays, songs, and poetry.
